Strategy can be defined as, “is a high level plan to achieve one or more goals under conditions of uncertainty.” I find the game of Chess and Baseball to contain many of the same strategies. Moves are often planned out far in advance, then executed at just the right moment. But in Baseball you need to add the element of physical performance. One of the knocks I hear on Baseball is that it takes too long, or there’s not enough action. I would argue against both of these. You do not need to know and understand the strategy to enjoy Baseball. But once you do, it’s a whole new ball game.
This piece of art started with some simple pencil illustrations. But it was completed by using digital scans and manipulations. Might it even call it a strategy.
